CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDSI will not be offering any refunds or cancellations for orders unless there are issues (wrong or missing items). If there are any issues with your order please email me at [email protected] with any pictures and info and I will try my best to resolve itSHIPPINGI am not responsible for any customs fees that you may encounterDomestic Orders- Shipped with either Canada post (Uninsured) or Chit Chats (Tracked and Insured)US orders- Shipped using Chit Chats, packages are insuredInternational shipping options:Chit chats- They offer cheaper shipping rates with tracked shipping so I usually ship with them. The only thing to note is that there are no return services for international packages. This means that if for any reason you are not able to receive the package or if there is an issue with the address then the package will be disposed of and will not be returned to me. In this case I will not be refunding orders. Once the package leaves my hand I am not responsible for it and I cannot refund orders because of customer mishaps. But packages are still insured so if it's an issue with the courier and the package is either lost or missing then you can still file a claim. Packages are insuredNote- Some countries do not have the option for tracking or insurance so please read the shipping note to double check!!Canada post- While they do offer tracked shipping it's insanely expensive so I only offer untracked shipping through them. Return services are available with them. No package insurance is availableTARIFFSI've had multiple people asking about tarrifs for Americans so I wanted to put a blanket statement hereI will NOT be changing the country of origin for US bound packages as there are serious fines and repercussions for those found doing so. There have already been serious delays of entire trucks being turned away because of false labelingFrom now on:
All packages will be labled with a lower value (around $5-$15 cad) depending on the amount of pins ordered. All packages will also be labeled as "Made in china" on the outer packaging as this is now a requirement for packages entering the US.What this means:
Packages will still be insured BUT, if anything happens to the package and you must file a claim for a refund you will only be receiving the $5-$15 cad back and won't be receiving a full refund, and I will NOT be responsible for refunding or resending a new package free of charge in this case. If you would rather I put the full value:Projects with shipping unpaid during PO: Write "Full value" in the notes when checking out with the respective shipping listing (info will be shared again in emails when it is time)Projects with shipping paid during PO: Email me anytime after placing an order so I can make a note to add the full value when shipping out. Please make sure you do this BEFORE I start shippingI will not be able to change the value of the package once it has been shipped out so please make sure to let me know ASAPNOTE: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY ADDITIONAL TARIFF CHARGES YOU MAY RECEIVE.GRADINGPre-orders- All pre ordres will be the best of the batch, meaning little to no visible flaws.
Some flaws may be:
• Minor screenprinting flaws (Slight missalignemts, small scratches)
• Small scratches and buffs in metal/enamel
• Small enamel pricks in minor areasB grades- Small but more noticeable issues• Screenprinting issues (missalignments, small scratches, small dust)
• Small underfill/overfilled areas

• Small enamel pricksP4P pins are sold ungraded so please excpect that the pins may have any of the above flaws. I will not send out any heavily flawed pins but if you only collect A grade pins I don't suggest buying as I cannot garuntee perfect graded pinsCOMBINE SHIPPING/ ADDRESS CHANGESRegular Pre-Orders- For the most part I will not combine pre-orders as it causes confusion for me and makes packaging and shipping take longer, if you'd like your pre orders to be shipped together please checkout with everything at once. Address changes are welcome anytime before I start packing the items inhandIn-Hand- For inhand items please email me within 24 hours of your order otherwise I will not be able to combine/address changePre-Orders with unpaid shipping- I do not charge shipping for some p4p items during pre orders, instead I set up shipping listing once the item is inhand where shipping will be charged. Because of this any address changes before will be ignored as you will be inputting your chosen address before I ship things out. When checking out with the listing please include ALL orders you would like to combine and ship together. If any orders are missing you will have to place a second order to pay for shipping again, I will NOT be adding orders on after shipping is paid.I will only be address changing for the same country so if you have any drop buddies please make sure they checkout with the same address country you are in.DROP BUDDIESUsing drop buddies is more than fine for any drops but
please note the address change rules. If a pin has a 1 per person limit please let me know if you and your drop buddies got any extra pins so I can refund the excess pin(s). Drop buddy orders will not be refunded if the pin isn't 1 per person.EXTRAS/RESTOCKSExtras- I usually only order very few extras (5-15) so if you are interested in a pin pre ordering is the best chance to get it! That being said if you do miss the pre order I will always have some extras to sell in handRestocks- For the most part I don't do restocks as I haven't had the need to but I'm always open to the suggestion if a pin sells out very fast or is in demand again!P4P RULESP4P- Pay for production, meaning you are only paying for the cost of the items and I will be making $0 profit from these itemsReselling p4p products for more than the original price + shipping IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCESIf I find you reselling for profit I will not allow you to make any future orders from me.Trading is fineSince p4p pins are non profit they are not strictly graded but I will not be sending out heavily flawed pins

Excuse this long page but I just want to make sure I have all my bases coveredGeneral rules
I am making $0 from making these shakers, all the money I'm asking for is going directly into the materials to make your shakers, as sadly they aren't all too cheap, plus a small extra to help fund my own shakers materials. So I just ask that everyone is patient with me as I make them. I'm not doing this for money, I'm doing this because they're fun for me to make which is why I will reiterate again later that these won't be 100% perfect factory made items so if that's what you're looking for this isn't for youFor the artwork I will NOT be accepting anything highly explicit and I have the right to refuse artwork for any reasonI'll only be using:
~Official artworks (works created by the author themselves or officially licensed merchandise)
~Commissioned pieces (BY YOU) of any fanart, original art, or ocs granted you have permission to use it for this type of project
(I will be asking for some type of proof that you’re allowed to use the commision as I want to make sure I don’t break any other artists’ rules🙏)
~Officially licensed merchandise you want to repurposeHow the process works
1. I ask for pictures and any themes/colours you wanna work with
2. Once my materials arrive I start working on the shaker, first step is mixing the glitter. I will ask for your opinion on the colour before sealing anything up
3. Top picture and stickers are added. Usually I'll find stickers that I think match the theme of the shaker but if there are any specific things you want or if I'm unsure about anything I will take pics and ask first before putting on the last layer of acrylic on top
4. Back picture is added and shaker is complete! Then I will ask for your address and charge for shippingFlaws
While I try my best to minimize them flaws such as air bubbles and resin residue, especially on the sides should be expected as it is a handmade itemJust adding again that resin is incredibly annoying to work with so please don’t expect this to look 100% perfect without flawsIf you have any questions I'm more than happy to answer them!!!Time
Regular orders:
Please expect anywhere from 1-4 weeks for the shaker to be completed. While they don’t take tooo long to be completed I still have work and school that take priority. As well, most of the materials I need I have to order elsewhere and they sometimes take time to arrive. So I’m not always able to work on everything right away.Pre orders:
By pre-ordering, you’re acknowledging that I won’t be making these right away. I asked for payment upfront just to help cover the cost of supplies, so I will not be able to make anything until they arrive. I will be posting updates to my instagram highlight when things start arriving. Once items start arriving I work on the shakers based on who messged me first, and then again once i start working on the shakers it could take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for them to be complete.Payment
Before I ask for payment I’d like to first see what pictures you had in mind. Just because I don’t want anyone paying and then finding out later that the art they wanted to use isn’t usable for this 🙏I'll only be accepting payments as paypal or e-transfer for us CanadiansFor paypal, friends and family is preferred but I understand some people may not be comfortable/able to use it so let me know if you'd like to use goods and services and we can work it out. You can either add the fee yourself using a fee calculator or message me to calculate for you.Refunds
Sometimes I start on orders right away once they’re paid for, other times it takes me a little longer, but once I’ve started a shaker I can’t offer a refund as it would be difficult to sell a customized item to someone else. So because of this, once an order is paid for I’m unable to offer any kind of refundShipping
I'm located in Canada and will be shipping using chit chats or canada postI will be asking for shipping payments once the shaker is completeFor US orders shipping will be around $8 usd
And intl starts at around $12+I will be making sure to wrap things tightly with a plastic covering first, and then looots of bubble wrap to make sure nothing gets broken in transit. Once I've handed the package over to the shipping company it is is out of my hands.
But should any issues occur I will be doing my best to help out
